We offer Two Services.

Tenant Procurement and Property Management.

Tenant Procurement

There are no fees collected up front. The property will be marketed by placing a sign in the yard (if allowed by the association), as well as being placed on MLS and other national rental web sites. We screen the Applicants at their expense. Once we have secured a qualified tenant it is then that the Property Owner and Tenant enter in to a lease agreement.

Property Management

There are not any fees collected up front. We will show the property, cooperate with other brokers, conduct extensive screening of applicants at their expense. The property will be marketed by placing a sign in the yard (if allowed by the association), and placed on various other national web sites. We are a full service company!
